. From our beginnings, our communities have become strong and successful because people at every level of our economy believe in the goodness and rightness of work. It’s why we have key industries here, and why anyone here with grit and determination can open their own business and prosper. It’s why we’re able to dream big for the future – because we’ve seen our community’s determination to work hard in the past and present.

We believe in helping those in need

. We’re not all at the same place in life, and all our situations can change at a moment’s notice. For those who find themselves at life’s lowest points, we’re committed to salving their wounds, lifting their burdens and getting them back on their feet: that’s just what a good neighbor does.

. Like other places in America, we have a full array of religious beliefs represented in our communities. But our sense of spirituality goes deeper than creed or affiliation.
